Save the TaTas Please!
It doesn't take much for a bunch of bikers to come together for a good
cause. Usually it just takes one phone call. And so that was the way it was when
one of our own, "Ms. Chopper Tracy" was in need in her battle to fight
breast cancer.
It was Sunday,
March 8th, when the biker community came together at DeTour Bar and Grill - 1113
N. FM 620, Lakeway (remember Big Dave's) in a benefit appropriately titled,
"Save the Ta-Ta's". Ms. Tracy used to bartend at Big Dave's so it was like
a coming home of sorts.
There was a fashion show featuring clothing that is sold at "Texas Custom
Choppers", where Ms. Tracy works, and is located right down the street off of
620. Besides the fashion show, there was "pole dancing" for guys, a wet t-shirt
contest for girls, and a pink decorating
contest.
The weather
was great and with an outpouring of friends it was an fun and outstanding day.
Which just goes to show that when a "friend" is in need the "family" of bikers
always come together to help out. Its the "old school" way of helping each other
out when time's get
tough.
Ms.
Tracy, who was very humbled, would like to thank everyone who came out,
donated prizes, their time, companionship, and their love. Friends by the
hundreds came and went throughout the day to help out a friend and Ms. Tracy
was very touched.
Another way to thank everyone, as much as possible, is to include a few pictures
of the event so here they are:

NOTE:
The Staff of TIMM would like thank Ms. Tracy for the invite. We'll add some
notes here and there as soon as we can find them. Damn those notes. We keep
losing them!
